Still riding high after some recent great workouts, we charge out into a new week.  The snow is falling, the ice is forming, new playtime is right around the corner.

Benchpress 5/5/5+ at 65%, 75%,85%

Then:

2 minutes of max reps pushups, rest two minutes.

2 minutes of max reps pull ups, rest two minutes.

2 minutes of max double unders.
