Parkour Baby!
This Saturday (the 26th), CF Telluride will be hosting a Parkour workshop at their gym. Ryan Ford of Apex Movement will be instructing. The Telluride gym will be a great place to take this, since we know they have all kinds of fun equipment!
If you have not tried this, you should. It is super fun! Alan and I went to a workshop over in Durango a couple of months ago and it was playful, but NOT intimidating. You will not be jumping off high buildings and doing flips just yet (but you might want to!).
There are two sessions: Beginners from 9-11 and Intermediate from 11:30-1:30. The cost is $45 for one session and $70 for two. They are also having a kids parkour class from 2-4, if you want to bring the kids along and make a day of it!
If you are going to head over, let us know, so we can give them the heads up for the numbers.
Bill is going to go over for both sessions.
