So we are nearing the end of our second cycle of moving heavy weight in a structured way and this next week we will be deloading:  moving weight under light load and focusing on perfecting the movement.  Always remember that form is first, then speed, then weight.  Remember why we move: so we are the best we can be, and because we were meant to move.
