Ruth’s Goodbye bash

Ruth will be leaving us for a summer of adventure!  We are sorry to see her go, but are excited to hear the tales of her adventures.  Come out to Panny’s on Tuesday night to say goodbye and partake in some of their gluten free pizza. 

And don’t forget the running class starts this Monday.  Twice a week: Mondays at 6:30 and Wednesdays at 5:30.  We will be using the skills we learned in the last class and putting them into action.
