Boy, this is going to be a fun week. Extra exercises, extra workouts, and the regularly scheduled ass whuppin’s. It’s already August 1…school begins again soon and summer is nearing it’s end. If you haven’t gotten all you wanted this year you still have time. Don’t delay.

Warm up: three times
row 200
10 jumping squats
5 ring dips

Mobility:
Bands on the shoulders
pvc pass through’s
rollie ball on the shoulders

Then:
Push jerk
3-2-1-1-1-1-1
The singles at least 80% of one rep max

AMRAP 15 minutes:
5 pull ups
10 push ups
10 squats
