Coan Deadlift Week 5

It’s deadlift day! Woo hoo!

As Alan alluded to in his earlier post, the Coan program backs down the weight this week but that we still need to get “pumped” up to lift so heavy. Everyone did a really great job today making sure that they got properly warmed up and ready for the heavy before lifting big. GREAT job!

Coan Deadlift Program Week 5:
Heavy – 3x 3 @ 80%
Speed – 3x 3 @ 65%
Power shrug -3x 5 @ 60%

Accessory Work:
3x
5 Stiff-leg deadlift
5 Bent over (barbell) row
5 Wide-grip Pull Ups
5 Good Mornings
