Good info on tendonitis and question

I found this on the main site and thought it was worth sharing. I will move it over to the Forum once we get a injuries category.
Also..have a question, which will be moved to the forum as well. Is anyone in our group taking the CrossFit recommended dose of fish oil? 10-15 grams a day? (that’s 10 times the normal recommended amount) Have you found this to be helpful for inflammation/joint issues? Any digestive side effects? Would love to hear what’s working for others.

    I took the recommended amount of fish oil for a month or so and I’m not sure that I noticed a difference (shoulder problem)? No digestive side effects. What seems to work for me is a short (1 week) but consistent ibuprofen scedule and taking it easy on that body part at the gym…and extra stretching. The mask might help also, it does wonders.
