Legs and Shoulders … Oh My!
I always forget how much weighted lunge steps work the upper-hamstring and lower-glutes. Holy crap, there was a lot of gimping this morning at the box … and lots of bitching at Coach Craig about it :).
No matter, we still got after it and had a damn good time.

Rest 90 seconds
After round 3:
100 Double Unders for time (300 singles is the modification)
Aw yeah, nothing like a DL/BJ combo (when the DL weights aren’t stupidly heavy)!
Now to rest our legs for a day or two …
