More Wall Space == More Wall Balls

Woo hoo?

It’s another gorgeous day in May outside and it was another awesome day inside at Hypoxia. In honor of us reclaiming more of our wall space, we went ahead and added some Wall Balls to the mix … if only we added HSPUs to that, it would have been the most walltacular WOD ever. Hey, that’s a good idea. Wall Balls AND HSPUs in a WOD. Hmmm … will have to try that one day.

WOD:
Deadlift 2500 lb./1500 lb.
30 Burpees
30 Pull Ups
30 Wall Balls
Deadlift 2500 lb./1500 lb.

But, what does “Deadlift 2500 lb./1500 lb.” mean?

Well, it means you deadlift until the amount of pounds is reached. In other words, I could do 10 250 lb. deadlifts, or 20 125 lb. deadlifts or … well, you get the idea.
