…PR again. Holy cow we had a lot of them today on the Press. Everyone is getting strong and our form is improving as well. Great work and great focus by everyone.

Our regular class is cancelled and we will be at the Ouray School gym getting our groove on. You must sign up for the class and pay Molly direct for the seminar. Don’t have any more excuses for not having double unders.
