The Start of a New Smolov

Today we started in on our newest Smolov, Jr. session … this time, Shoulder Presses. As we all recall, the Smolov, Jr. cycle is intense and catches up to you quickly. However, they’re quite effective and, in a sick and twisted way, they’re pretty fun, too. Here is a link to enter your weights in order that you don’t have to calculate the numbers every class for the next three weeks.
