Déjà Grace?

Yep, Grace is back this week … but with a little twist: cleans & jerks required.

What?
Well, normally Grace is done as ground-to-overhead (i.e., however you can get the bar from the ground to locked out over your head).  For this week, we decided to bring Grace back for one more go only this time, you must clean and jerk the bar overhead (push presses result in a no rep). Not surprisingly, we saw lots of improved times over last week, as people focused on their form resulted in better efficiency of movements and improved times … funny how that works!
