Legs? We Don’t Need No Stinkin’ Legs!

Ok, actually, I could use a pair of legs right now because I ain’t walking for a few hours! After the joy that was yesterday’s WOD, today was a tough (but great) one.

Warm Up:
2x
5 Pull Ups
10 Push Ups
15 Squats

Mobility:
PVC Pass-through
Kettle Bell on shoulders

Max Effort:
Bench Press
8-5-3-3-1
70% … 90%

30 Ring Dips (not for time)

MetCon:
21-15-9
Push Press @ 95 lb./65 lb.
Wall Balls @ 20 lb./14 lb.

And, folks, please try to remember that this is CrossFit. It’s not fun. If you start having fun, please find one of these two idiots studs and they will help you stop having fun right away.

Yep, CrossFit is serious 100% of the time … unless these goofballs are in the house.

For the record, the ‘stud’ on the right fell on his ass immediately after this photo was taken … now THAT was funny :)!
