Sunday Funday!

It’s another  gorgeous day here in Ouray. If you didn’t make it down to the box, I sure hope you’re out having a blast in the mountains … or appropriately recovering from last night’s Rocky Horror fun at the Wright.

A few of us gathered this morning to tackle this little beast … and make no mistake, it’s tougher than it may look!

Work a weakness

Team of 4; rotating through the exercises

6 Chest to Bar Pull Ups
8 Seated Box Jumps
10 Kettle Bell Thrusters 1.5/1 pood (i.e., 53 lb./36 lb.)
12 Push Ups
